Liked:The comfort of the bed.

Disliked:It seemed overpriced for so little included. The pool closes way too early. And they don't tell you how much the deposit will be until you arrive, and it ended up taking half of our money, so we barely had enough to do everything we had planned for our anniversary. And breakfast is not included. Breakfast was basically things that other hotels would have complimentary with your stay, except for the meat and cheese board.

The front desk staff are exceptional, led by Ms. Phillips! They are what made our stay great!!!

Liked:Front Office Manager Lakeisha Phillips was absolutely fabulous! She was attentive and listened to our concerns and did everything in her power to accommodate our needs! She was an amazing representative for the AC Hotel brand!!! She needs to be recognized for her customer service; exceptional without question!
