Need to make sure the lifts work!

Liked:Location is good for work and it is a safe area to walk around with a good steak restaurant downstairs in the hotel. Balcony room is very good.

Disliked:The lifts were broken and I had to carry my case up 6 flights of stairs to get to my room and on check out as well. I am a 60 year old woman travelling alone and the staff could not have been more unhelpful. I bought drinks for my colleagues and they would not charge it to my room and I was going to get my credit card from my room and the waiter chased me, it was so embarrassing. I travel extensively and this was a disappointment.
