Disliked:I had asked for extra towels to be placed in the room prior to arriving via the messaging on booking directly to the property. That was not taken care of. They should have given instructions on how to connect to the TV. I called the restaurant to ask if they can bring up a few plates for food we have ordered in, the plates did not come after 15 minutes of requesting. I went down to the restaurant and it was completely empty. I had expected they were busy. The young man that gave me the plates had told me to be careful not to break them because I’ll be charged, that was uncalled for. I’m not a child.
