Location was excellent for about any event in the Cincinnati area.

Liked:The shower was great. Bed height was great. Comfortable Chair w/footstool, lighting options were fantastic. In the lobby there were late night frozen food options, which we did not use but the selection was great. Good Idea!

Disliked:There was a water dispenser next to the ice machine, which is a great idea while traveling, but usually those are filtered and this one had a heavy chlorine content.

Look into the fire alarm pulling.

Liked:The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable.

Disliked:The fire alarm went off at 9:30am. This location has a history of this. I feel that they are doing this to get people to leave early.

Liked:Nice room, good cleaning; the room was pretty cold, and air was fresh, we had a good sleep there; the Breakfast was good in general; the location is perfect; offside parking is 12.5 $ per day (very close, just a next building), there are also some more affordable options a little bit far away. In general, we enjoyed the stay, thank you very much!

Disliked:There was some issue with shower (water is either too cold or too hot), but maybe we just did not get how to use it right. Also I would like to have a few more healthy options for breakfast, like oat (the only healthy options were egg scramble, chia pudding, and yogurt with fruits and berries, but it also was too sweet)

Need a bar or little food option when restaurant is closed bc location is rough for finding dinner after sundown.

Liked:This hotel has so much potential. I went back after my first stay a few months ago . It has a little retro vibe. When open the bar and restaurant is amazing.

Disliked:The restaurant on site that I went back for changed their hours and was closed. The rooms are nice and clean. Could use some updating but better than worse.
