You should get what you paid for. Not what they want to give you.

Liked:The hotel was clean and well maintained

Disliked:I booked a room with two beds and paid for a room with two beds. When I arrived I was told that I booked a room that was available so they put me on a room with one king bed and a pull out sofa. I did not pay for that and for that I’m giving a bad review as I was not satisfied at all and did not sleep well.
