A really good Hotel, with a Perfect Service

Liked:Very good hotel, the rooms are cleaned daily, and all the staff are very friendly. The staff at the M-Café are also very friendly, the food tastes great, and the service is excellent.

No food safety and no entertainment

Liked:AVOID AVOID AVOID 1. Served us food (twice) with nuts in it when we made it very clear that we were seriously allergic to it and then the staff laughed at us. 2. Entertainment was cancelled and the bar was shut early several nights of our stay. 3. When I have contacted the manager has disregarded all of this and has given us no compensation for completely ruining our holiday.

Bad All Inclusive experience

Liked:Poor experience , All inclusive very partial just 1 menu, no change so 28 x3 course meals from restricted menu for 14 days no variation .Restaurant major refurbishment going on windows blocked as welding etc . Drinks restricted offerings not allowed to take drinks to room ? Rooms clean & well maintained air conditioning works good .Public areas need attention paintwork etc. Not ALL INCLUSIVE only partial restricted A shame on this occasion we would not recommend & certainly won’t return. Staff are very friendly as most of Thailand, shame as brochures & pictures of hotel sell it well just a shame it doesn’t meet expectations.
