Overall it was good. It was quiet & it met my expectations.

Liked:Location was perfect to get to the airport. Having a free shuttle to the airport was a plus. Breakfast was ok. Restaurants were within walking distance from the hotel. The hotels in the area catered to people flying in or out of Chicago. The staff were helpful.

Housekeeping was the only issue very disappoint

Disliked:Very disappointed that when I asked for housekeeping, they said they only do it every other day. I had a medical issue where I had to stay in the room for 24 hours due to a flu like symptom and asked for the room that she needs to be changed and they were like we don’t have housekeeping today, which was ridiculous. They ended up doing it, but it was a big deal. Very disappointed in that.
