Worst place we've ever stayed

Liked:I had a service dog, I was charged a pet deposit that is against the federal law. The room was dirty and we got that room bcuz of the pool and breakfast buffet. We got no breakfast either day and the pool was closed. Staff told me the pet deposit they made me pay was refundable after checkout and when I checked out was told I wasn't getting my deposit back. And im pissed off. I should have never gotten charged for it in the first place.. were not impressed won't be staying there ever again.

Liked:The cleanliness of the hotel and breakfast had a lot of options.

Disliked:When checking in the gal at the front desk told us she didn’t have no room available when we paid extra to check in early. Another gal told her she had 54 rooms available. I then said I paid extra for early check in and I need to get ready for the wedding I was attending! So she found a room with 2 queen size beds and checked us in.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Liked:Location was good.

Disliked:Wasn’t able to check into our room till 5pm. Was told the room wasn’t clean yet. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. The room was booked two months in advance. Didn’t offer any discount on the room after having to wait an extra two hours. There was also a leak in the room and none of the towels were folded, just thrown on the counter.
