Great service

Liked:Ryan at the front desk went above and beyond all of my expectations. I had trouble with my booking not showing up within the system and Ryan worked so hard to get me squared away. Not only was he extremely helpful to me another gentleman walked up and Ryan was helping him while on hold with their service provider for me. Talk about a five star employee!

Sneaky extra charges they are dishonest about.

Liked:At booking I was told the current rate would be locked in for all the days I booked at that time. They charged me more for every night after the 1st night. They also added a daily energy surcharge in addition to the accommodation and tax.

FRESH linens in a luxurious room that didn’t break the bank!

Liked:The moment we opened the door to our room we said to each other “this was the right choice.” After a long day of travel and getting in very late, coming in to a clean room where we could smell our linens IMMEDIATELY had that fresh laundry smell was exactly what we needed - and what everyone wants in a hotel room! It was so cozy and the pillows were amazing. The coffee was great, the breakfast buffet was solid with a lot of options, the room felt very upscale for the price, and the people were SO friendly/helpful. I’m someone who always maximizes choices - trying to find the best value (as much luxury without breaking the bank!), and this was definitely it. Will definitely stay here again if we pass through!

I recommend, but maybe wait a bit when renovations are complete.

Liked:Budget hotel and the time we went was undergoing renovations. Our room was very nice and looked to have been recently renovated. There are still some places that need work, the elevator being one. It worked but was kind of old. For what we paid, though, it was well worth it. They also had breakfast with do it yourself waffle maker and other breakfast items. I wasn’t expecting breakfast so it was a nice treat to get it. The restaurant area was dated and once again maybe getting renovated. Parking was convenient.
