Liked:Real customer service they never open to me despite I notified my arrival time

Disliked:Horrible as they never open the door despite I was knocking several times between 22:30 and 2245 hours. I had to go to another hotel called City Express in chetumal so I want a refund as I never could stay in this hotel. Once there and after several trial knocking,I tried to reach by msgs and by phone marked in booking nevertheless never answered. In in the messages sent by booking you can find that I informed that I would arrived between 23 hoursand midnight last night but they never answered me... So that is why I want a refund because I arrive and I was never attended by them The customer service is a rubbish

Don’t happen

Liked:Nothing when I got there the hotel was closed and booking.com left me high and dry with no assistance whatsoever.
