ok for our very short stay... lower your expectations for service.

Liked:conveniently located near our departure ferry and sightseeing in downtown. Affordable place to lay our head for the evening.

Disliked:we put a request in for train station pickup and next day drop-off to the ferry we'll over a month before the trip thru the hotel portal which handled such requests. We never received confirmation... the request remained in a "Pending" status. We had to assume (correctly) that we never would get a confirmation and ended up taking care of ourselves.

Disliked:The AC was leaking water, we went to the reception to tell them and it was fixed almost immediately.
