Lovely Hotel Experience

Liked:We stayed 2 nights in a king suite top floor. The 500+ sf suite was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. The breakfast, unfortunately was barely edible. We plan to stay at this hotel again whenever we travel to the area. Couple of practicle considerations: consider bringing a firestick or other device for access to streaming service as their TV set up was not working at the time; the walk-in shower was fine but requires some gymnastics to set water flow and temp without having to get in first; the garbage disposal opening was large enough to permit an adult hand to be inserted if the safety plug is not used; and, finally, be prepared to ignore repeated text and email instructions/demands to complete the precheck-in as it asks for info you do not have. The staff is aware of the problem and is not in a position to fix/change it. Check-in at the desk upon arrival as no problem.

Bad front desk and big messed up with the reservation

Disliked:Serious problems with my reservation and the worst Front Desk people ever. Didn’t have my unit ready and they didn’t apologize for that and then after hours, somebody knock on my door grown apartment. It was a crazy moment.
