It was horrible, never returning.

Disliked:The pool was closed for renovations. It was the only reason we selected this hotel. There was no air conditioning in our room. Maintenance was sent up to "fix it" but you can tell he makes that trip to the 4th floor every week when this hotel fills up, knowing that the air conditioning is broken and their is nothing they can do. In fact, he said that they shouldn't even book those rooms.

Disliked:We booked this hotel because of the pool. We had a softball tournament and the plan was to cool off after the games. We received an email after booking that the pool was closed. Seems like a shady operation. Why not be upfront? Why tell folks after they book? If the pool was closed, many patrons would book elsewhere. Which seems like a pretty good reason to mislead patrons as to not mis out on business. I cant help buy belive this was strategic. Purposely misleading. Wait until people book them tell them the amenities aren't available. Do better. I should have to pay honestly. Imaging booking a room. And the hotel telling tou there is no running water or pillows or blankets? Would you book? Or cancel? Exactly.
