Standards maintained under new ownership.

Liked:We previously have stayed at this hotel many times when it was the Fairmont. It is now been renamed and under different ownership, and pleased to report that it is unchanged and the same high standards have been maintained.

Disliked:We did find the beds quite hard compared to many hotels we have stayed in recently.

Liked:Great Fairmont in China: We stayed at this property as a family for leisure. The hotel was great, staff was professional and kind, location was great. Safe hotel choice in Chengdu. Hotel: A very modern and beautifully maintained property, exactly what you would expect from a Fairmont. The room was excellent in every aspect, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. "A Fantastic Return to the Fairmont Chengdu – Pure Champions League!"

Liked:After six years, I had the pleasure of staying at the Fairmont Chengdu again, and it remains an absolutely fantastic hotel—truly in the Champions League of hospitality! The property is modern and tastefully designed, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The service was impeccable—professional, warm, and attentive. A special shout-out to Adam, who went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you for your outstanding help and for arranging such a wonderful room—it made my stay even more memorable!
