Unacceptable Response to a disgusting experience

Liked:The “fresh towel” provided had human brown excrement all over one side! The hotel refused to do anything about it other than offer me a clean towel replacement as I was checking out. After further contacting the management they offered a 50% refund but still have not credited my card.

very friendly staff

Liked:We stayed here for a visit to Ruby Falls. We arrived on Memorial Day weekend and downtown was mostly closed. We did find Gilman's which was really nice. We went to Ruby Falls which was outstanding I injured my knee(nothing to do with Ruby Falls) and the staff pointed us to Erlinger Hospital where I got Excellent and quick treatment. Nothing serious and we were on our way by noon. Thanx to the staff at Holiday Inn we did not spend our entire day at a busier ER .

Very nice workers

Liked:I travel for work every week. This is one of the best over all holtels that I have stayed at. The stuff here has made me feel like I’m at home. The young lady at the front desk has been great to us. I think she is the manager. And if she is this place is in great hand.
