Disliked:I stayed at this hotel for a few days and noticed that when we got back to the room, we didn't have fresh towels. When I went to the front desk to ask for clean towels, they told me that they didn't have any more clean towels in the hotel

Best Hotel Value in Chattanooga

Liked:Consistently on top of their game. This was my 4th or 5th stay at this hotel in the past several years. The rooms and bathrooms are always clean. The service at the front desk is always helpful and friendly. Andy was very proud of their latest acceptance into the 'Spark' by Hilton collection, and was a wealth of local information. And it is less than 5 minutes from the Choo Choo, which in my mind, kind of marks the southern beginning of the downtown area. It is not the choicest neighborhood, but the Spark is very secure, with a very nice compound on one side with a pool and green space. As mentioned above, I have been here many times, and have never felt uneasy with regard to safety. The rooms are plain with no frills, but clean and with extremely comfortable beds and nice clean bathrooms. For what you get, I think this is the best hotel value in Chattanooga.
