Mythoughts

Liked:The pool area was great, ice machine on each floor was great.

Disliked:No microwave in my room was horrible, we ate dinner in the restaurant, we had lunches down street. Left overs we had go to floor 3, we had no paper plates to carry hot food back up 6 floors. (Rooms need microwaves) or should be able have front desk to bring one to your room if needed.

Disliked:I originally parked and paid as there is virtually no parking (other than in the gated garage) on site, and this particular location was very limited at the entrance. After check-in I was provided a hang tag which obviated the need. This was a bit confusing and different than my usual other experiences at a Marriott. But, parenthetically, I regularly stayed at a couple of the Marriotts in Walnut Creek California several years ago when I traveled to my work headquarters and typically used the valets when I checked in. I didn't do that this time, because the valet spots in front of the hotel were already filled with autos. So for the most part, that was merely my fault due to my desire to get checked in as quickly as possible.

Liked:I really enjoyed how organized everything was especially with how busy the hotel was with the convention going on. Also when we started to leave after our stay, our battery had died in our vehicle and the doors would not unlock. Kayleigh was quick to get us help by calling a local locksmith to come get our vehicle unlocked as well as having the valet bring us a battery booster so we were able to travel back home.
