Room was very clean and the attention to detail made our little getaway something to remember.
The front lobby staff were friendly and welcoming, and the staff were nice to us.
It's in a great location in uptown Charlotte, walking distance from theatre and sporting venues.
Spacious, comfortable room; the decor was unique and beautiful.
Standard quality for this hotel tier; some amenities were not fully utilized.
Some aspects were overpriced, specifically the champagne and parking.
The food from the Sophia Lounge was excellent.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back for a weekend getaway.
