First two stats excellent last attempt treated badly rude attitude and showed no sign of help what so ever also we check

Liked:The property was fine convenient location

Disliked:We stayed the for the first two days staff was phenomenal and we were very comfortable. We booked a third night rude staff they sold our booking and didn’t make an attempt at all to speak to booking about our reservation and we still haven’t received our refund.

Great location, but not what I expected from a Residence Inn

Liked:The staff was quite responsive and that made up for the other concerns.

Disliked:The toilet was constantly making noise and the rack in the shower was not secured properly.Kids were constantly running in the halls. Workout room had no way to control temperature with front desk assistance.
