Better communication from staff in an emergency!

Liked:Everything but the communication from staff in the emergency!!

Disliked:There was an evacuation for a fire at our stay. However, there wasn’t good communication from the staff during the process. Not even a person to come out to tell us where to congregate. No one ever said anything to us at all. We went back into the building and sat around until people just started going back to their rooms. Seems as though someone should have at least made sure everyone was out the building by room numbers. Other than that it was great!!
