I want stay there again because of this

Disliked:The house keeper used her key and came in our room without knocking and my husband asked her what she was doing and she said checking the room to change your bed and we was checking out in 1 hour.

Liked:The location was near where we needed to go.

Disliked:This is the second kind of Hampton Inn that we had this kind of experience with the staff. We arrived middle of the night. I greeted the staff, he didn’t even smile or say hi or hello. Just said what’s the last name. Gave us our kind, told the location of elevator, and time of breakfast. Swiped our cc for security deposit. After all this, I said thank you. He didn’t reply back or smile. Just a straight face. Honestly couldn’t understand this type of behavior specifically in hospitality. We accidentally went to another hotel before coming there, the previous hotel front desk was so pleasant and smiling. Then being shown that kind of behaviour in the hotel where we were staying was such a turn off. It was like silent hostility. Needless to say, I won’t be booking in another hampton hotel. Not that it matters. Just expressing what we have experienced. I was thinking about that all night. While we were staying there.
