Liked:The lady at the front desk was beyond helpful. I had a difficult time getting my Marriott number and she help until I got it together. I appreciated that. She was very pleasant to everyone she came in contact with.

Disliked:Everything was great- the food, the place, my suite and the customer service!. I will stay again there at the Northwoods Residence Inn. The parking lot needs space but it is in a tight area.
