Liked:Very clean! First room had no AC working so easily transferred me to another room no problem. The lady at the desk was very sweet! The pool and hot tub was nice! Also loved check out was 12 instead of 10am

Liked:The rooms look just like the pictures. It was clean and my stay was comfortable. I have a hard time vetting out places, and I was weary but this was a nice stay. I love the fact that it was a non-smoking property. And the staff were welcoming.

Great room…poor staff.

Liked:Facility was very nice. Comfy bed. Spacious room. Very clean. Good location.

Disliked:Staff, with the exception of the very nice lady in the breakfast room, Bridgestone rude, and was not helpful when we had questions about our statement. We asked for a copy, or told they could not print a copy, I knew they had it on their computer screen and challenge them. They did print a copy and they were charges. We disagreed with With. Wow, this was a very nice facility, the staff needs additional training or replacement. .
