It was a nice place to stay for a mini trip to Charleston!

Liked:This hotel is walking distance to the outlet and many restaurants/stores! Another plus is that it was nearby the venue that we went to for a concert. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was also spacious.

Disliked:The room’s interior is a bit run down and could use some renovation.

I’m extremely upset because the listing and the view of the hotel on booking was not the same room that I received when

Liked:I didn’t like anything about the property. It wasn’t the property that I picked off of booking.

Disliked:I didn’t like the beds. It felt like I was sleeping on a brick as you advertised in the ad about the hotel. You stated that they had bathtubs and jet tubs, and that was not true. my wife is disabled and it’s not able to stand very long and that’s why when I seen the booking for the room originally in the beginning stated it had a bathtub and a jet tub and when I got there, they told me that none of their rooms have that so the room was falsely advertised and I never would’ve paid that amount of money for what I got. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a brick. The pillows were extremely flat.
