Disliked:My check-in experience was quite unpleasant. The receptionist did not assist me properly. When I arrived, she was not at the front desk and I had to look for her in order to be helped. After that, in a rather unfriendly manner, she told me that my reservation was not showing in the system and that if I had made it through Booking there was nothing she could do. She even suggested that I had made the reservation incorrectly, despite the fact that I was clearly showing her on my phone that the dates were correct. After asking her several times to please check again and search more carefully, my reservation finally appeared in the system. I had already been driving for four hours, and the reason I choose good hotels is precisely to avoid situations like this. Unfortunately, the receptionist’s attitude made the experience very uncomfortable and left me with little desire to return.

Great hotel and staff

Liked:I travel frequently to this area this is my "go to" hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly, I am always greeted by Jeff and Justin with a smile and a a very welcome feeling. I am very particular about where my room is located in the hotel and they are very accommodating to that. The rooms are very nice and clean, it's a nice quiet hotel in a quiet area, the food in the restaurant is good and they have a little coffe/snack shop downstairs. There is a large bar area for all who like a night cap. There is also a Chuck E Cheese next door if you need entertainment for your kiddos. I have been a customer at this hotel for several years, it is a great place to stay if you're in town looking for a hotel.
