Good hotel awful staff

Liked:The rooms and the atmosphere is good but the security here is awful they are literally trying to find any reason to stop or kick someone out somehow a small purse same size as my bag is allowed but not the bag what kind of sexist thing is that only allowing women to carry bags and only women get free drinks night

Five-Star Luxury & Comfort at Gila River Casino

Liked:I recently stayed in a suite at Gila River Resorts & Casinos and it was an absolute five-star experience from start to finish. The suite was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless. The modern décor, plush bedding, and floor-to-ceiling windows made it feel both luxurious and comfortable. The amenities were top-notch — from the oversized bathroom and soaking tub to the separate living area that was perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Every detail felt thoughtfully done. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the entire stay seamless. Between the great dining options, lively casino atmosphere, and relaxing vibe of the suite, it truly felt like a getaway. I can’t wait to come back — highly recommend upgrading to a suite for the full experience!
