Failed to find our pre-paid reservation.

Disliked:Staff could not find the reservation even though we were already charged for it. She moved us to another Hilton in a bad neighborhood after telling us there was a nearby location. It was entirely away from Chandler downtown. Very disappointed for anniversary celebration. Our kids are "developmentally delayed" and do not have their own transportation.
