Honestly I’d appreciate a refund.

Liked:The employee was nice kept apologizing for the inconvenience.

Disliked:There were roaches that greeted us before an employee ever could. I called ahead to be sure there was a room ready it took 30 plus minutes for them to get a room ready and it was a one bed instead of two also the third floor smells of cigarettes and you get woken up by a dog barking. All the doors look dirty so I’m sure every room gets the same level of cleaning

Never stayed at this place and never will.

Liked:We booked a room out of desperation because of an abusive situation. The room was booked for a meeting nth out. Why do they do that to people. We had to go to another hotel. Mainstay knew our situation and supposedly cancelled the reservation for Aud 17 when we needed it in July. Then I received a comfinformation email and let them know that we were not going to be staying at that hotel to please cancel and now they're not refunding the $61.73. how convenient. When people are in an abusive situation and need to escape, mainstay is not the place to stay. They do not care at all. All they want is your money

Disliked:Receptionist promised to cancel the August 17th reservation. It was never done and we never stayed there. Never wanted to stay there for August 17th.

Major security problems and cockroaches. Look elsewhere!

Liked:I stayed here 4 nights from 8/15 thru 8/18/26. One afternoon I left the room to go grab coffee and forgot my room key. Now I had been staying there several nights already so I forgot my room number. So I walked up to the desk and said (verbatim) "I think I'm in room xxx and I forgot my key."... with zero hesitation the clerk proceeded to code me a key for that room, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I could have been there to murder my ex and she just gave me a key without confirming anything. In addition, it seems the back door, which is supposed to require a key, was broken and open for anyone to access all the time. This place seems to have zero concern with safety. Also, there are cockroaches all over the place on the third floor, including in my room. the elevator was broken the entire time i was there (4 nights). so i had to trudge up the stairs every single time. I can't say its like this in every room but they have the TV mounted in a way that makes it extremely difficult to access the HDMI ports to plug in a Roku for example so you're not stuck watching basic cable. I would definitely not stay here again.
