Liked:Easy access and friendly staff

Disliked:It was over 100 degrees inside the room when I checked in.A-C was off but when I turned it on it just couldn’t cool down.I literally had to leave the room for a couple of hours until it cool down some but not enough.I ended up buying a tower fun to help some.

Abusive, Dirty and Beneath me!

Disliked:Housekeeping was None. Want your linens cleaned put them out your door and wait. Want water bugs coming out of the toilet this is the place. Dirty rooms. Front Desk is abusive and forced payments not owed and scare tactic like forcible entry on a paid guest of 21 days. I believe I left nine days early do safety and no refund. No refund for pet fee not used. No refund for security deposit that was charged with credit card they did not have my number therefore booking.com must have done the transaction 4 days after checkin. Hallways hot and dirty. Pool swarms of Bees.
