Lack of Crib was a Big problem

Liked:Breakfast was good but expensive, nice resort.

Disliked:We had requested a crib but none were available. This was a major problem. I KNOW they are on a first come basis , because management said it repeatedly but did nothing about it. Marriott would have gone out of there way to find one.

Liked:We love the location and facilities

Disliked:Check wast good. We had prepaidwith booking.com but Jesse made us pay again. Fernando tried to make it up to us by offering waiver of some fees. That was nice but we're still trying to get a refund to the value of $945usd. That's a lot of money when you need it for your holiday
