Liked:We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at OZ Hotel. When we arrived, we were informed that we had been randomly chosen for an upgrade and received a bigger room as well as a free lunch. The room itself was phenomenal, the personnel was always so attentive and nice and everything was near perfect. I can say staying at OZ Hotel had a very positive impact on our whole experience in Carthagena, and would heartily recommend staying with them.

Stay is ok

Liked:- the hotel is quite modern, well decorated - breakfast has options and runs until 10.30 am - nice receptionist

Disliked:- lack of gym (which is surprising concerning this kind of hotel) - the room was very dark due to very small window - the room lacks of charm, seems a bit « cold »
