Hotel that feels more like a motel

Liked:Employees did their best with the tools given to them, and they were polite and friendly. Arepas in the breakfast were excellent! Air conditioning was working well.

Disliked:The location is quite terrible: The street where it is located is dangerous especially during dark (my husband's family was terrified for us walking to the hotel from their home). And the hotel door is kept locked and reception has to open it, meaning you have to stand outside by the street. Lot of noise from the street (or other rooms). Sheets were not clean, they were stained. Only 2 smallish towels for 2 people, meaning after shower water was everywhere. Also only 1 roll of toilet paper provided (luckily no more needed during our stay). No housekeeping during the stay (so no cleaning between nights), but at least maintenance brought a shower door that was missing when we arrived. Hotel room door could not be locked from inside because it was not fitting well the frame.
