One swimming pool is open from mid-April to mid-November, while a second pool is open from July to August. Guests staying longer than one week may renew their selected services at reception at the end of each week. Prices include accommodation, bed linen, towels, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchenette), basic WiFi access, as well as charges and taxes (excluding city tax and application fees). For an additional cost, guests may request to reserve the exact location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. Reception is open Sunday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, and Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, you will be redirected to Booking Customer Service. Reservations made under a “Non-refundable” rate are neither exchangeable, refundable nor modifiable, and no modification or cancellation request will be accepted.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
