Disliked:We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, and we really enjoyed our experience. Our only suggestion would be to consider renovating or updating the furniture in the entrance, lobby, and elevators, as these areas feel a bit outdated compared to the rest of the hotel. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit, and we hope to see these improvements in the future

They play loud music till 0200 at the outdoor terrace and the whole hotel can hear but they do not care.

Great experience

Liked:The hotel's location was excellent, right at the beginning of the Croisette, and the staff were great.

Disliked:Elevators were slow and the hotel lobby is small compared to competing hotels.

A fabulous hotel, incredibly helpful staff and great service.

Liked:We have been many times before, the quality of the hotel, food, rooms and service are of a very high standard. Also the details matter, such as recognising it was our wedding anniversary through a little cake in the room. And the room cleaning teams were amazing.

Disliked:On this occasion, although we knew about the lions festival we felt that this disrupted the guest experience. We were very dissatisfied that the beach club was closed, with limited space by the pool and temporary arrangements for breakfast etc. We were not made aware of this before booking and all the building work wasn’t ideal during our weekend away. Whilst we respect the importance of the festival to the hotel, our expectations of a poorer experience than normal was not managed. A real shame.
