The location is great, very close to everything and the train station which was the reason I stayed there. The noise is

Nice stay, but not good for long period

Disliked:Very small room and the cleaning was not well done, the stairs were doing to much noise, and the noises from other rooms were to much loud

Excellent hotel in a great location

Liked:Excellent breakfast and the service was exceptional

Disliked:The lift was small and we could not use it to go to our room. So we had to lift our luggage up the stairs for the last part to our room. (We appreciate that this is an old building that has been converted). This is the only thing we didn't like. The hotel is excellent.

Liked:Very good location. Close to the the tube and tram station.

Disliked:Strong cigarette smell in the room we got. But lady on the reception understood and changed the room for us without problems. Other room was okay, but the toilet was not properly cleaned.

Alternatively, the hotel is close to the "EFFIA" public parking lot at Cannes railway station, with which we have an agreement, and you can benefit from a discount of between 10% and 40% by placing a hotel stamp on the parking ticket.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
