Not a good hotel for vacation

Liked:The proximity to the Gare de Cannes railway station

Disliked:Dirty property and small crammed up rooms and terrible beds and poor breakfast. Not sure how this one is rated 3 stars on Booking.com. This one is like a 1 star hotel.

Liked:Location was great very central , next to the station , lots of shops, restaurant , bakery .. 5 walk from the beach. + fridge in the room + kettle

Disliked:Very noisy during the day and night Many homeless around the hotel because it’s close to the station . Difficult to sleep and rest too much noise the cars the horns the firefighters and the people drunk all day.
