Liked:I’m grateful for the possibility to check in before 15:00. Ms. Irina was very kind to us and checked if the number was ready. The number itself was clean, everything was working well.

Disliked:URGENT: Formal Complaint and Immediate Refund Request for Terrible Accommodations Dear Booking.com Support Team, I am writing to formally and urgently escalate a severe issue regarding my current stay booked through your platform. The accommodation conditions are completely unacceptable, far below basic standards, and pose a serious health and safety concern (especially for my children). This situation represents a complete failure to deliver the service as advertised. Therefore, I am officially requesting an immediate cancellation of the remaining nights and a full refund of my money. I have documented everything with photos and videos as proof of these abysmal conditions. I expect Booking.com to step in immediately to resolve this dispute and process my full refund today. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this complaint to consumer protection authorities and my bank for a chargeback.
