Great space to enjoy time with great friends.

Liked:The property was beautiful. Clean and had everything we needed. Lots of great pillows. Lots of towels and toiletries. Pool and hot tub were out front. Didn’t know until we arrived but they had BBQ’s you could use!

Disliked:Nothing to be disappointed with!!

Great location and nice space. The hosts really need to sort out the refund of deposit processes.

Liked:location great and hosts great - communication was speedy and nice hosts.....but...

Disliked:We signed some victorian Rental Terms agreement and they insisted on a deposit CAD900. Strange but i understand as a landlord, you need protection of sort from tenants unfamiliar. Although the property would accommodate multiple occupancy, there were only 3 of us and we had plentiful space. Anyhow, we left the premises in great condition and even went the extra mile to remove trash and comment on certain things which they could take care of to avoid future problems. The nightmare started when we were exepecting the deposit back after 7 days at the end of the rental period of 2 days. Repeated requests and generic responses "we will speak to the fiance team" were very frustrating. Eventually after a couple of weeks they sent some sort of e-transfer for canadian banks. We were visiting from the UK so we didn't have canadian bank accounts!! After a coupel fo days and more requests, we finally got paid in CAD to my PAYPAL account. Costly way to get a refund of the money but alas we did get the deposit back - eventually. Hosts were great but there should be s simple process for returning peoples deposit to original payment method. After all, we are ina digital age and it seemed rather antiquated way of operating

Lovely home great location .

Liked:Very nice house lovely clean, great location . Lovely pool . Great communication from owners . Beds are comfy . Has everything you need in the kitchen including washing machine and tumble dryer. All you need in bathrooms. Ideal for a Family .

Disliked:The second room is a little cramped as it has too many beds a double bunk & a double bed . I understand that works well for families if you had 3 or 4 children and the parents took the lovely big room at the front . We were two couples so would have been nice if both rooms had been as nice , as it happens my daughter arrived the 2nd night so took the other bed in the room at a minimum extra cost . Not a lot of storage space in the bedrooms if you were staying a long time we were only here two nights so living out of suitcase .
