June 11-14 stay

Liked:Clean facility with friendly, helpful staff.

Disliked:We had requested a walk-in shower for a family member with limited mobility. At check-in, we were told there weren't any more available, which was frustrating because the bathtub was very high/deep. They did however, have a requested shower chair in the room by the time we got our luggage unloaded!

Liked:Great location, easy walk downtown and having underground parking is a bonus. We all loved the pool and hot tubs and the unit was clean and had everything we needed. We looked towards the road and had beautiful views of the mountains at sunset. This is our third visit and we would stay here in Canmore every time.
