The best place to stay in Canmore!

Liked:Customer service is amazing! The unit is super clean and tidy, has lots of useful things that are not always there in hotels - like full kitchen, cozy balcony with grill, dishwasher and washing machine. Access to swimming pool and underground garage is another advantage. Also, the restaurant downstairs makes the stay very comfy!

Disliked:No complains at all!!!

Not worth the price

Liked:location was good, only a few minute walk to down town

Disliked:1. The bed that I slept in had a blood stain on the white duvet. I have laundered enough blood stains to know that this was not laundered since the stain as it was still a bright red color. 2. The bathroom sink was plugged. Even the slightest use, whether washing our hands or brushing our teeth left stagnant water for several minutes before draining. 3. We left the place clean, but wanted to know why it was up to us to take out the garbage, especially since it was on another floor. Only one elevator was working so we had to take the stairs and made 2 trips to the basement to our car, then an extra trip to take out the garbage. Why are we paying a $100 cleaning fee when we have to go out of our way to take out the garbage? Hotels do not charge us a cleaning fee. For the premium price that we paid, at $600 a night, I feel that we should have gotten a premium experience which we did not get. I recently stayed in Vancouver and paid $225 a night and we got a premium experience for 1/3 of the cost.

Nice quiet place in a great location

Liked:Clean and spacious condo. Quiet. Great location.

Disliked:There isn’t a view of the mountains. The windows look out over a parking lot and other buildings.
