This is a needy resort and is lacking maintenance. We were there for a special family weekend and made the best of it.

Liked:The suite was a good plan and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked.

Disliked:The whole resort is very poorly maintained, Carpets are worn with threads sticking out, the pool was poorly cleaned, the halls and elevators are worn and often dirty, The 1 st suite the first night in Soleras was not clean, my slippers were filthy from the carpets, the three tv’s in the 2nd reservation of Aug. 28th - 31st were all small, the 2nd bedroom tv didn’t work, the living room tv only worked sometimes, the fireplace in the master bedroom didn’t work. The resort needs serious maintenance. I stayed last year and it has changed badly since then.

Liked:Nice room in a good location.

Disliked:There was no staff, when we checked in the room was not ready so we sat in our car in the parking lot for over an hour waiting for the room to be ready. I asked for more towels, the response through the messages was always polite and timely, but I didn't receive the towels. The room was nice, but dated and the door to the bathroom barely opens as it's too close to the toilet.

Decent stay

Liked:Clean. Comfortable

Disliked:Check in time wasn’t respected. It was later than what was committed on the reservation as the rooms weren’t ready. Location and facilities were decent. No restaurants or nearby eating places. So everything was a walk or a short drive
