Over all good location and place but staff and basic necessities need improvement

Liked:The location was in a good spot and overall it was pretty clean. I liked the pool access and the grill access as well. It is decorated nicely so the pictures posted make this airbnb look excellent.

Disliked:The service from the staff could have been better. There were no extra towels. There was no shampoo, soap, and no extra toilet paper- all of that had to be bought. Essential things need to be fixed- like the toilets and the hot water (cold showers are not fun). The staff expressed frustration when we asked for basic necessities.
