Bad stay experience.

Liked:Clean Apartament, Great outdoor facilities.

Disliked:TV's not working, Remotes controls not working. No Netfilx or Youtube. Failing AC. Cero cooking supplies, no salt, no napkins, one glass only three cups. No drinking water. No shampoo or hands soap. I wouldn't recommend it or stay again.

I believe the owner needs to visit the property and address the filth, hire a new cleaner and equip the kitchen with mix

Liked:The lagoon was so amazing but inconvenient to access. The owner responded promptly when needed.

Disliked:It is so filthy. The kitchen was very dirty. No cleaning supplies. Bar stools were disintegrating all over the floor. They were not usable as they created a mess. The dining chairs were beyond dirty. Televisions would not connect to “out dated device”. The semi automatic washer was time consuming to use and ruined clothing. The bedding or beds stunk. Gym was in listing. We could not use it as the owner did not have a yearly membership. The lock on the door was inadequate for security. Booked and paid for 4 weeks. Stayed 2 weeks total. Truly the worst place we have ever stayed. We will no longer be using Booking.com.

Lovely place for vacations.

Liked:The place was amazing. We enjoyed the long pool and the facilities. The only problem is the distance and the cost of the taxis but besides that excellent. There is a Walmart close by and also restaurants and delivery services from restaurants. It is located in a safe and quiet area. After a long tour, we had available the swimming pool for relaxing!!!

Disliked:The distance to reach places.

Not my best dream ever.

Disliked:It's rather shabby and not clean. Not all A/C units worked properly, and access to the water and the walkway surrounding it is limited to two spots and closes at 8PM.
