Did a lot of things well, but I wont be back

Liked:Staff very good and friendly. Everything was very clean.

Disliked:Food quality at breakfast was poor. Facilities lacked capacity to handle number of guests. Dining room and swimming pool area were very crowded. Approach to entrance was only on foot, so luggage had to be carried a few hundred metres, with no rain cover

Liked:The hotel is very nice, the food for the breakfast and dinner was tasty, every dinner there were new dishes, very tasty desserts. The local wine in the restaurant was also good. There is not “own” beach with access to the sea, but a perfect sand beach is 1 minute from the hotel.

Disliked:The territory is rather small. You cannot drive by car to or near to the reception. But these are minor things. We enjoyed the stay in the hotel.

Liked:We hugely enjoyed our stay here! The location is excellent, the hotel sits in a secluded cove and you walk 1 minute to the beach. Very good value for money, friendly and accommodating staff. The meals are also exceptional - our booking included breakfast and dinner and we were blown away by the quality and quantity of options. Definitely recommend the “My Favorite Club” booking, as it gives you access to quieter areas especially during meals.

Disliked:A few things definitely need some improvement: - While there were multiple elevators, the wait time for one to arrive was often too long for the amount of people waiting (I am not sure if for efficiency reasons they want only one elevator to run at any given time, but the result is quite problematic) - The room often smelled when the windows were closed. - There is an indoor pool advertised, but it’s toy sized. Obviously you don’t come to a beachside hotel for the indoor pool, just a heads up it might as well not be there

Nice Location

Liked:The hotel is in an excellent location. You can swim in the open sea and enjoy watching the colorful fish. All the staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming. The breakfast and dinner were good, although not outstanding.

Disliked:The hotel is generally quite busy, so if you are looking for a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere, this may not be the best choice. I used the hotel's paid parking facility, which is located a short distance from the hotel. Unfortunately, my parking card repeatedly stopped working and had to be reprogrammed several times, which was quite frustrating. There also seemed to be a shortage of staff, especially around the pool area. As a result, service could be slow, and it was not uncommon to wait a considerable time for a drink.
