Liked:The hotel has a beautiful green area with plenty of landscaping, which creates a relaxing atmosphere. There were always sun loungers available on the beach, so there was never any need to reserve one early. I particularly appreciated having a washing machine in the room. It was extremely convenient, especially for a longer stay.

Disliked:Unfortunately, our check-in experience was disappointing. There was a misunderstanding that took quite a while to resolve, which resulted in a poor first impression of the hotel. When I spoke to the duty manager, she explained that English was not the staff’s first language and that this had caused the misunderstanding. Considering this is a five-star hotel, I found that explanation rather surprising. I also noticed that several other guests have mentioned similar issues with the check-in process in their reviews. I believe the hotel should review its recruitment and training standards for reception staff, particularly regarding English communication and customer service. Additionally, the receptionist initially seemed reluctant to apologise for the inconvenience, which made the situation feel even less professional.

We will definitely come back next year. We didn’t want to leave the hotel.

Liked:1. We booked a 1-bedroom villa with a pool for 15 nights. And it was very comfortable. Maybe the villa needs a bit of renovation but still is good for a long-term stay. 2. The staff’ work is great. Warm and efficient. 3. All communication was on the own app’ chat — it was very helpful and fast.

Disliked:We had a full board. And the food options were the same every 15days for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So it’s my only complain. But if you stay for a week it will be more than enough.

It was an awesome vacation!

Liked:Everything about this stay was great. There were a couple of small hiccups along the way, but the team dealt with them brilliantly. The service is on another level. Bravo.

Disliked:Would be nice to have more sun-beds and umbrellas on the beach. Also a suggestion to setup a volleyball net on the beach.
