For any changes to the reservation, guests are required to inform the property at least 7 working days prior to check-in. According to the requirements under Vietnamese law, clients must present their Identification Papers/ Passport and Birth Certificate (for children) of each passenger in the group at check-in. In the absence of birth certificates for children, Guests and Tour Operator agree that children’s ages will be converted from their heights, specifically: For child under 39 in, his/her converted age is under 4 years For child under 55 in, his/her converted age is between 4 and 12 years For child 55 in or taller, his/her converted age is above 12 years Guests are responsible for checking the room furnishing and facilities, foods or drinks in mini-bar upon check-in and check-out as per regulations of the resort. Full-board meals will begin with dinner on the day of check-in, and end with lunch on the day of check-out. Should you wish to have lunch on your arrival date instead of departure date, please inform the property at least 5 days in advance. This meal-change option is only available for arrival before 13:00 and departure before 12:00. Changing meal options on arrival day is not possible. When booking 9 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
