If the card used for the booking is not available at check-in, the property will accept payment on an alternate credit card or in cash and refund the payment to the card provided. A damage deposit of VND 1,000,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. No outside food allowed, including Grab or any external delivery services.
