Liked:The location and how peaceful it is. The buildings themselves are beautiful and the people around are friendly. Duy and his wife are just simply.fantastic hosts, and did their up most to ensure my second stay was as comfortable as possible. Duy's English is also excellent and could communicate with him with ease.

Great staff, very clean room

Liked:Duy is very nice & helpful. Room is very clean :) Near Bai Dai beach where you can easily walk or ride bicycle to there for swimming or enjoying the beach vibes [ bicycle - free of charge, provided by The Track ]

Disliked:No good cafe or restaurant around, need to go a little bit far :(

Liked:Duy and his wife are incredible hosts and so friendly, helpful and welcoming. After our stay, we needed a taxi booked for Dalat, our next destination - which Duy helped us out with. Other than that, the Homestay has a lovely homely feel to it and it's great that I can simply walk to a nearby beach.

Disliked:The pavements are a little hard to walk on in the area, but I find that's part of the charm. It really is excellent value for the money.

Our stay was great, the host is very attentive and genuine.

Liked:The location was quite convenient for us as it was near the places we needed to go for work. It's also only a 10-15 minute drive to restaurants, cafes, convenience stores.

Disliked:The room is not very sound proof so we could hear guests coming in late quite clearly but the room does provide us with earplugs.
