Counting down till we can come again, it was that good.

Liked:The staff speak of the owner/ manager with positives that they themselves pass on to the client, and it's so natural too. Staff filled with positives that helped me feel positive, just what I needed to combat a new illness I'm battling. Chef Sheila (and her boss - see photo) spoilt me, crafting the soaked chia I asked for and going a step further too with gluten-free pancakes as a treat. Neema, Priya and Luveena at the Spa gifted me, my husband and son brilliant treatments, away from the hubbub. As long walks or standing still challenges me, the golf cart crew saved my hips often. With the beach restaurant manager helping when it was a busy time. Everyone was extraordinary here. We will be back. We were wonderfully supported by the entertainment crew. Everyone helped me in my restricted diet, and helped me know I can ask, I am not being difficult or annoying, and I was not made to feel like the burden I think I am. I appreciated that lots.

Disliked:Ants, but that's the same anywhere. Soap edge the path or lemon/clove spray deters them. The cleaning team try hard, the rooms were spotless and well maintained.

Liked:The food was excellent, and our dinner at Karay Restaurant was outstanding. A special thank you to our waiter, Porah, whose service was exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and made our dining experience truly enjoyable. The breakfast team was amazing, with a great selection and delicious live cooking. The omelettes were especially excellent! A special thank you to Kushal from the Front Office team for the very warm welcome. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and always available to guide us with any information we needed. He also followed up to ensure everything was going well, which made us feel truly valued. Our room was ready on time, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. As local guests, we felt genuinely valued and warmly welcomed throughout our stay. Although I don't remember all the staff members' names, everyone we met was friendly, professional, and attentive. Merci to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back soon. Highly recommended!
