Nice family hotel

Liked:I stayed at Paradiso Pero Praia for five nights. The good news first: The hotel is beautifully situated right on the beach. We had a great room with large windows overlooking the sea. It's a nice middle-class family hotel. The neighbourhood is quiet and not touristy. For dinner in the evening, you have to drive about 20 minutes to find nice, cosy restaurants.

Disliked:Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with the booking. After my free cancellation 5 months ago, I didn't get my money back. I contacted them several times (via Booking.com, via the form on the hotel website and directly via email). Unfortunately, I never got an answer. Only after several interventions on site did it finally work out. The second thing I didn't like was that there were only twelve parasols on the beach. That's not nearly enough. I hope I'm an isolated case with these problems.
