Liked:Gostamos muito da limpeza do ambiente, funcionários felizes e agradáveis. Boa localização e fácil acesso a ilha do Japonês.

Disliked:No nosso último dia de estadia, descemos mais cedo para aproveitar a piscina e aguardamos o bar da piscina abrir, que pelo regulamento seria 11horas. No entanto, isso não aconteceu. Fui até a cozinha para questionar, e não havia ninguém para me atender de prontidão pois estavam lavando o restaurante. Ficamos bem frustrados com a situação pois gostaríamos de ter aproveitado o bar no nosso último dia de estadia. Quando um funcionário apareceu, já estávamos subindo para arrumar as malas. A culpa não foi do funcionário, pois o mesmo estava limpando a cozinha e ainda teve que ter a responsabilidade do bar. Falta de organização da pousada, que não nos atendeu neste ponto.
